Wow.. I wonder how much is CGI and how much is real. With that said this man can ski anything and I wouldn't be surprised if most was actually real. Minus the backflip into the trunk.

For real, maybe he had a real inrun into the road gap but his skis were flopping like it was all grass skiing.

definitely had an inrun for the gap and he sure wasn't skiing grass when he made that backflip or flatspin. Won't talk about the landing into that Q7 (I think we all agree there).

The skiing in the woods was defoe' not fake

Not that it's important whether or not it was fake. Candide is still my fav skier and that vid was pretty awesome.

I wonder if they used snowflex for some of the shots. Seems like it would be ideal, no snow flying up, plus you could paint it to key out easier.

I think some of the woods shots were actually mountain biking, can't see skis in the actual shot, there seems to be a rear tire burn type motion and he speeds up after going through the trees

And i'm talking at 1:06 when it a helmet cam, think you actually see the front tire..

It's not about if it's fake or real, its about what they could produce when they had CGI. Some shit was real, but the rest was still freaking awesome. It's like a fantasy video, what might happen if skis could work on grass. Showing us the unrealistic possibilities
