Replying to Ski delam? Solutions to fix it

My friend looked down today on the lift and said that my moment vices were delamming. I took them off at the top and looked at them. To me they almost look like a gash you would get on your sidewall but on the tip i would imagine i could just cut that off and fill it with epoxy. Any other ways you guys can think of fixing them? You guys think its a gash or are they delamming? Any one else have this problem with their skis?
