High speed "slowmotion" cameras

I have been looking for so freakin long. Can anyone recommend me a camera that has the ability to slow down the shit out of footage. +good qual. Looking to spend under 3 grand..

GoPro hero 4 black. 1080p at 120 fps or 720p at 240. Not bad at all for $500

I got GH3. Amazing quality at 1080 60 fps. Base for it is around $600

That GoPro 4 Black may be your best bang for your buck plus with the case you don't have to worry about any snow or water issues. The A7Sii hits 1080x120 and also has 4K if you want to venture into that. At about 3 grand body only though.
