Sony vx 1000 for skiing

Wondering if there are any edits made with a vx 1000 beside skateboard edits. do you guys think they would be cool or not. have any experience with them? I feel like they could give it a cool chill look to them.

Check out the AV series and all videos from Yoke Collection and Jeff Kohnstamm. They are filmed with an sd video cam like a vx. They are great edits and look very nice, like a wicked chill skate edit with chill tunes. I personally like the edits, but HD is nice too.

vx1000/2000 is kinda of like the godfather
you really can make awesome stuff on tape

I dont know, now that ive seen a few they just remind me of early 2000s edits. didnt have the same effect to me personally as a skateboard edit. i think its cause its hard to get "buttery" shots when the snow is white. like you can see all the outlines of the street's contours in a skateboard edit. Any street edits that used this camera maybe that would change my perspective.

I'm still learning but it can be done, hg skis has filmed a bunch with older cams and it looks tight. Plus I'm sure with a nice nd it could go a long way

Even though HD is in every way better, feel free to join the cult of sd, i have trouble understanding it, but not gonna diss it, because sd cameras arent even very affordable
