Yeah, I've thought about entering these, but I'm more interested in like FWT style stuff, but obviously way less serious.

Yeah it's definitely a bit frustrating, the only things I can see are some events at Alpental. Hopefully some more stuff like this will show up soon

I don't know why the PNW isn't more involved in Freeride. The terrain is perfect for it.
