Replying to Laying out backflips tips
so I'm fairly new to backflips I learned them at the end of last season but I can really only tuck them, if I try to layout I still partly tuck i can lay them out nicely on the trampoline and can also tuck them as well but for some reason I can't lay them out on skis, I was told that it might because I'm popping to early and throwing them to hard so my upper body it already upside down when my feet have barley even started going upside down so they have to almost compensate for it and my feet just end up whipping around and it looks weird. Is there any special way to or tips for laying them out?
