Drill size/depth problem for mounting

Hello NS,
I come in search of your help with a situation I have run across.

I just purchased the ON3P Filthy Riches and mounting instructions are to have a drill bit with the demensions of 3.6mm x 9mm.
Unfortunately, The tuning shop that's connected to the retail shop I work in does not have that bit. The only bits that have even part of the demensions that I need are:
3.5mm x 7.5mm
3.5mm x 10mm
4.1mm x 9mm
4.1mm x 9.5mm?

(I should add that I am mounting Rossignol FKS140's on them)

Now I understand that you want a slightly more snug size that what is recommended (3.6) but I'm wondering if I could use either 7.5mm or 10mm depth bit. The other shop that's local doesn't have the size I need either and I don't want to drive a few hours just to get them mounted in the shop I bought them from.

Have any of you guys run into this problem before? Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance guys!

Okay but the thing I've heard about not drilling deep enough is that the ski could possibly bulge out the bottom. Is that because the drill depth is too shallow where the wood if forced to push out the bottom or is that common when the screws are too long for the ski?

usually dimpled bases are caused from too long of a screw being used. Usually happens when a screw for a race plate or other system bindings get tossed into the wrong bin and the tech doesnt notice until its too late.

Dimpled bases are an easy fix if anything does happen tho. I wouldnt worry.
