So I recently bought a new pair of skis and used them on my first urban session of the year last night. When I was done they were scratched to shit. Way more than I expected... The edges were alright but the base was cut up pretty good. I have plans to use these on powder and groomers later on in he year (not just urban and park). Is this natural? Will they still perform well? Should I get them waxed a bunch?
