Unfortunately this is not the best avenue you can take, and i doubt you will have much luck on here.
Housing has been a real challenge this year. you are best to join the group called "One Man;s Junk Summit County" post in there or keep your eyes open.Look at craigslist posts and call realtors that is what you should be doing. It wont be easy though unless you have $ to spend..sorry. Demand is much higher than the supply right now.
