Replying to Indoor summer park?

Okay so heres the deal, i have my hands on a warehouse that my grandfather used to own. The ceiling height is about 45' and the building is massive. What i was thinking was turning the place into a crazy sick summer park. There would be lots of rail options that are switchable to ski what you want, a dry slope to foam pit, also some tramps. What do you guys think so I do it, its going to cost a fortune and I want to make sure its going to be worth it.
