Funniest thing you've seen a gaper do

I saw this kid with cruddy rentals go up to this huge rainbow box, stall at the top right while he slipped off and landed on his head. He must of laid there for 30 seconds while everyone was dieing of laughter.

saw a gaper ski down a black run then take his boots off with them still in the skis, so the brakes were off, they went flying off the mountain

There was once a gaper at Hood River who ate way to much chipotle on the way driving up. He to had to shit really bad at the top where the chair lift drops off. With no toilet paper or bathrooms in sight, the gaper then decided to go in the bushes because that was the only thing he could think of at the time. Ski patrol saw the gaaper as he was in mid squat. .....................................................................................................................................................

Some kid got sniped right in the goggles by a snowball from somebody on the lift. He pizza's hard, sat down in the middle of the run and just cried his eyes out. He was like 14 years old.

The best was at my home hill we had this butter box setup, it went like this: kicker - 8 ft gap - snow box - kicker off of said snow box.

Anyways long story short, some gaper goes at it way too slow and undershoots the shit out of the 8 ft gap. I can still hear the thud has his stomach and ribs make contact with a wall of snow while his upper body tacos over top and his face slams into the snow box.

I once saw some guy setting up a picnic with his kids (blanket and all) right in the middle of a slope. Another gaper ended up crashing straight through it before they even started eating... got macaroni and cheese all over his gear

I live on the Ice Coast so all our snow id blown here, and in between out park and bunny slope is a thin line of trees and there are a few wooden bridges for in there for mountain biking. Little gaper and his gaper pal are pizza-ing through the park and hit one of these bridged thinking that was super dope. Lead gaper catches and edge and goes face first into a tree and the tailing gaper smashes into him. I was the only one on the life who saw this and I couldn't stop laughing.

Yesterday at PCMR I saw a kid(probably 10) give his snowboard to his slightly older sister(probably 11-12) and try to ride down on the back of her skis. I couple year ago we had a step up jump at my home resort and this little girl in a pink snowsuit goes off leaning to far forward and rather than struggle and roll down the windows, she went stiff as a board and her whole body hit the gaper plateau at the same time and a little puff of fresh snow flew up making an outline of her body. It was like seeing some one drop a 2x4 into saw dust flat.

I was on the lift and saw a gaper kid BOOSTING through the park so fuckin fast. He hit a jump and flew past the gucci plateau and landed on the foot of the next jump in the line

About three years ago, I was taking a few laps in the park. Tried throwing a 7 but under-rotated and washed out. This gaper on the lift yells down "I remember my first time skiing" I laugh. Said gapers mother immediately yells out "Timmy, this is your first day skiing!" Now I'm rolling... Icing on the cake, the kid wipes out getting off the lift. I couldn't contain my laughter, I was belly laughing so loud that I'm convinced the whole mountain heard me.

Girl was flying down the hill at mach chicken, barely holding on, but definitely out of control. Went over a roller and flew probably a good 30 feet before completely exploding on impact. Both skis and one boot came off and it was a while before she got up and gathered her things...

Same day, another kid was cruising along (not quite as fast, but definitely out of control) and crashed into some trees/bushes on the side of the trail. The kid missed a big, green electrical transformer boxes by a foot or two. Came close to being so bad.

Used to work in a terrain park, saw a gaper charge at a 50 foot jump with his young daughter following right behind, he cut off a kid who had just dropped in and ended up going way too slow and pretty much fell 15 feet right to his face. Full yard sale.

I checked if he was ok and told him never to come near the park again and for him to make sure his kid didn't ski down the landings. He proceeded to let her go down each landing in the line, had to close the jump for like 5 minutes waiting for her to get down

People ski with XC skis on the mountain all the time. You should watch One of Those Nordic Days.

At my Hine resort we have a run that has a pretty abrupt tranny when getting to the bottom and this 15 year old gaper come hauling ass out of control hits a little ski chop mogul thing right before the tyranny sending him face first to the flats sliding like 20 feet on his face across the snow. Almost the whole mountain saw cause it's right in front of the most busy chair lift

My brother and I were bombing a main trail hitting side trail kickers yelling bagak (bagak like a chicken noise) at the gapers, you know the usual. Anyway I was right in front of my brother as we both hit on of the side trail jumps and midair I saw a small boy (probably 4) skiing in the path of the landing, I knew I wasn't going to hit him but my brother ehhhh. So I landed and he was about 4 feet away from me. Well he didnt have time to stop or slow down before my brother came. In the end my brother basically ended up tapping his helmet and going straight over him. The kid fell. However he is not the gaper in this tale. My brother hiked back up and tried to comfort him and say sorry. But his mother skied over or shall I say pizzaed over. She was yelling at the top of her lungs some sort of Chinese or Japanese. And she was on shitty rental skis, no goggles, helmet way back on her head, thick ass neck warmer over the neck cuff of her jacket. Well when she tried to ski over she ended up falling and sliding most of the way down the hill. We basically carried her son to her and she was still yelling at us.

Trying to butter on a small run to get the hang of it. Went of a lip, buttered successfully, girl behind me doesn't know how to stop and me having my gangster rap blaring I don't hear her screaming before she RKO's me into the ground. She starts saying I'm sorry repeatedly, I just hold up a hand and ski off.

I was messing around in the glades at timberline (wv) with some of my friends and a bunch of kids thought it would be cool to follow us through the entrance. Flash forward 7 seconds and there's a pileup of 4 kids behind us, like each one fell at exactly the point where the others had fallen and just landed on each other. I saw it coming and was laughing so hard I bailed myself and got caught between some trees. Also saw a kid sit down on a box and just chill there for like 20 minutes until he got bullied out of the park. lol.

took my (very) asian friend skiing for the first time. not only was the trail called "easy street", it was literally a half mile long 1 degree decline slope for beginners. he managed to hit the last lift pole at the end of the trail. heres the kicker, that was two hours after we got off the lift.

Watched an eight year old shrek himself on our wail tail. Bombed it going into the first kicker to get on, over shot the whale, hit the top of the tail and landed flat about 15ft away on his back. We thought he was dead. But the legendary taper skied away from it

seen one kid try very hard to put his skis on backwards, while screaming "fucking bindings" at his skis.

I have seen gapers hit side jumps in a line together, back person had more speed and they collided mid air.

Last one was a gaper that lost both skis getting on the lift. How in the hell does tha come about....

I saw a tourist lady trying to clip in to her rental skis on the pavement right next to the snow at Breck. I guess the snow was too slippery.. But here's the kicker: her heel pieces were already engaged. She and her husband could not figure the darn things out and she kept trying to put her boot into an already engaged binding.

I stood there for 5 minutes watching it unfold until my friends ushered me into the gondola. I know I should have helped the poor couple but it's so much more fun to see if people can figure it out on their own.

I'm sure you've seen the 'Joe's Big Fall' video - I was there when it happened, he skied up beside us and said 'how fast should I go for this?' and we said 'you pretty much just go straight man'. We were in total disbelief when he just kept travelling further and further passed the landing I thought for sure he had, in the very least, broken his legs but he just got up and skied away somehow.

I saw a kid close to ten years old in a full race position go full speed into a moveable snow maker, his skis hit so hard all you saw was brakes and skis flying in every direction.

A gaper in the park was doing the pizza and tried to go onto a skinny rail at like 5 mph. He then nutted himself and started rolling on the ground while his friends laughed at him. I also saw a gaper the other day with a triple XL fedex jacket.
