Tyrolia warranty

So my brand new pair of tyrolia 18's blew up on me, opening day at Grand Targhee. I am having trouble getting in contact with their warranty departmeny. Wondering if any of y'all here have experience with tyrolia's warranty department??

I have had something very similar happen. they were solid warranty wise but slightly slow.

Might be easier if you take them to a retailer.
