I pre-orderd a pennant hoodie like... End of August thinking I was gonna get in early-ocotober but noooooo it's mid-november and I still don't have a hoodie... What's up?

Isn't it pretty typical of Jibberish to have long ass wait times? I've never ordered from them because I'm not 12 but just what I've noticed.
