Hi,

I'm super interested after a used pair I was checking out locally ended up being badly beat up (I wish people would disclose actual beforehand). Are these new? Are you able to ship them to either Seattle or Vancouver, Canada (I live in the latter, but can grab them from down south if easier). Thanks,
