Replying to Looking for Norway info

So it's obviously a bit late for this season, but I'm starting to look for info and getting a plan together to head to Norway next season. I looked online and can't find all that much on which resort has the best combo of park, big mountain, and a good nightlife (from a skier's perspective, not a tourism agency). Anyone been/from there? How expensive is it to live? Easy/hard to find resort work? (Experienced lifty). Cheers for any insights!
