Looking to head west for spring break this year for as cheap as possible. As of right now Loveland and A-basin both look like great options. My plan as of right now is to stay at a hostel in breck and take the shuttle in. Just wondering people's opinions on them. Revelstoke was also on my radar but so far it seems like flying there is going to be too expensive. If anyone has any other suggestions for either within or outside Summit County, any help is appreciated.
You can still get the epic local pass for just a bit more than a season pass to loveland or abasin. Pays for itself in 4 days and definitely worth it if you're staying at breck. Loveland and Abasin both have some great terrain but way better parks and a lot more acreage with the epic pass.
I agree I'd snag an epic local. It'll give you way more opportunities at all of the Vail Resorts plus A-Basin. Just be sure to buy your epic by November 22nd (this saturday) because they stop sales after that. Hit up http://www.snow.com/
