ajaxThat's a sweet deal. I made some rails in high school welding class, but materials were like $150 or something. $15 for a built rail is a steel.

But on more relevant info you should have your teacher build you as many as he will give you and then resell them on NS for more but you could price them at like 100$ which is still cheap. This nets you a nice profit of 85$ bucks and it saves us here at NS money too. Its a win win situation.
Peytonj22That's a good idea! take custom orders since rails are so hard to come by this cheap. only thing is shipping would be a hassle if the customer didn't live near by... Also he will probably get real sick of making them. I don't care though, ill buy as many as he can make
