Urgent help needed on edge

Dude you skis are fucked straight up. Go buy a new pair. Remount your bindings to save money. Surface Blanks are around $250 which is a pretty solid deal. Plenty of leftovers from last season as well.

If you're looking to get the ski in park shape and simply hold it together, you can. As you've mentioned in the OP, you'll need edge screws (they are tiny) and a few of them. You'll need ptex in sheet form, epoxy and some stick ptex (drip style). You'll also need clamps and a solid metal clamp support (placed on the base of the ski to ensure uniformity when clamping). Cut out a longer section of base, approx 1/2 a centimeter beyond the last solid point of contact that the edge has. make sure you measure your cut as you'll be cutting a matching piece from the sheet of ptex. Remove the base section you've cut (it can be a pain). get a drill bit to match the edge screws and pre-drill your holes. Drop the screws through the edge and into the core material, using some wood glue to keep the holes sealed. Often helps to hold the edge in place using a clamp so it stays put. Trim the sheet ptex patch, and place into the section with flexible epoxy. Clamp that shit together and wait for the full dry time. As it won't be perfect, sand down the edge so its at least matching the rest of the ski so it won't get caught up again. Do the same with the base as your patch will be higher than the rest of the base. If you leave it like that, first rail you hit will rip that thing out.
