Skis for an east coast jiber.

Price is not a problem for me but o can only get these skis.
I consider myself a pro on downhill terrain and like to hit side kickers. I like to slide rails and do basic Arial tricks so I am alright at park.
The skis I was looking at were the 4frnt switchblades,Salomon nfx's,Faction Idiom and the liberty transfer.

I heard that all skis (except the nfx) Have durability issues.

if you want a ski that will be the most durable look at ones with 2.5x2.5 mm edges and thick bases. On3p,icelantic,revision,j skis all make their skis more durable than big name brands.

On3p filthy rich or kartel 98 if you want a bit better all mountain capabilities

Faction has thin ass edges (1.7). That's a no go for me.

Yeah it seems that faction dose not make effort to try to make their skis durable. But they still have lists of fanboys. I heard they are still sick tho.

I really like Liberty but they aren't durable at all from my experience (although I've only used the antigen). The tips delammed and the edges ripped out after a couple days. With faction their edges again aren't the best but I've been able to get a season with every pair I've used. To answer your question OP I think hg stingers are something you should look at

I already love the line blend so I Don't really need a near 100 mm waisted ski. I'm getting the origin do you know anything g about its durability.

Last years antigens were crap, liberty messed up, and ran the carbon stringers all the way to the tips causing them to easily delam. a guy that i ski with has a pair of antigens from two years back, he skied them hard all of last season and he doesn't even have an edge crack yet.

I haven't used it personally but I have some friends that have and they talk greatly about it. Sounds like a good choice to me

If price isn't an issue I would definitely look into on3p Filthy Riches or Kartel 98s I've never seen a bad review of them, and it seems like they are the most durable skis you can find anywhere I've never ridden any but if I had the cash, I would definitely have a pair of either
