thats crazy, some of those gaps looked like action scenes from a movie that would have been done with special effects. i think its really funny that every time they do a trick they run away really fast. is that the style? do they stop and walk back after the camera is off?

I know some kids that do Parkour. Ive gotten into it the past few years. Its alot of fun to do in the offseason. Its really simple once you learn how to roll and how to absorb the jumps better. Think of it like skiing....if your 20 feet up off a jump do you want a nice gradient landing or do you wanna flat bottom? Thats all it is to them with the building gaps. Tons of fun you should all check it out.

I met the guy from the video back when I lived in France. they had a type of exebition thing in London where a bunch of them were.

theres a pretty cool french movie from Luc Besson (maker of the 5th Element, Leon:The profesional, and other good movies that were unfortunatly only released in Europe.)called Yamakazi. not a great movie but entertaining because of the parkour and its pretty funny if you understand french.
