I'm looking to buy my first pair of pow skis. They'll primarily be used in east coast powder (aka usually not all that epic), but I hope to use them in places like Alta as well.

I don't charge hard, but consider myself a good skier. I've always been a fan of Armada, but I'm worried the E'Dollo might be a bit too park focused? Thoughts?

The SN100 is a really directional hard chargin' ski and the only one with metal in it compared to the others so be aware of that!

The Edollo would not be a good choice for what you will be using it for. If you like armada look at the TST or ArvTi
