That's sorta the problem that many of these kinda situations show... a member gets banned, and said they deserve a 6th, 7th, 8th chance on the basis that they are not at fault - that they were goaded into something or wrongly accused rather than fessing up to the fact that they were being a right fuckstick and they now plan on repairing their image to be a better contributor to the forums and site in general.

Tell him to contact Eheath about it... the forums are not the place for this.

Frenchy deserved to be banned, its been an ongoing discussion with mods and if he expresses interest in returning he should hit us up. We unban permabanned accounts, no one is gone forever. Shit I got IP banned years ago for being an absolute idiot. We believe in second chances but were not gonna unban him cause some dudes who like him want him back.

You can go on and on about whatever bullshit you wanna spew but in the end your word doesn't change anything about a banned member, only the banned member has any influence on their account, end of story.
