Need a Lil Help

I'v been skiin for a long time, but got into park and freestyle 2 or 3 years ago. I'm still pretty bad. Does anyone have any tips or advice for getting better?

Understand that your body isn't glass. Push yourself and try new things. If you aren't falling you're probably doing something wrong.

As much as people don't like to admit it, you need to work very hard in order to progress. You start by setting goals. First, you pick the low hanging fruits (learning to slide properly, being mindful of your body, air awareness). Then you start choosing tricks you wish to learn. And after you master them, you move on to the next trick.
