Adjust tracker bindings

Got a smaller pair of boots and need to adjust the bindings. They are the atomic tracker 16's. Are they like the markers where the screw in the heel piece needs to be flush?

Honestly, you should just take them into a shop because you will need to have the DIN adjusted too since your boot is smaller (that changes the release value).
