How do you feel about videos poking fun at famous edits?

its funny, sometimes like paying homage to the ski bum before you, but i remember kids straight making fun of T-Heed, (travis heed) in the forums , with spoof edits of tall ts and discmans... it was disrespectful to the whole game of freeskiing considering everything he was doing played out to be the future...
Johnny Lazz (pro snowboarder) breaks it down like this, the sport never really blossomed because the best "freestyle" skiers were mocked and rejected from the sport, leaving behind the properly sanctioned FIS mule kicking ballerina's to steer the sport back into aerials and ballet.
There were several years of mayhem, rules were broken, style was free, skibums ruled.
the kids can only make fun of what could have been.

Its funny because that's complete horseshit. There were far more people emulating the best skiers and very little actually "mocking". To think otherwise shows how fucking little Johnny blaze knows about skiing.
