Kooky_LukeyWhen did I mention Fox News? Sorry, but I never said I supported them or watched them, just made an observation about who I thought was funny and who was not. And yes all of the shows do make fun of everyone and make fun of whats reported, but they all bash people on the right more than they do the left and when they have their "personal view" on something, at least from everything I've watched, they are almost always left.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing, just John Oliver came from Stewarts show and they are essentially the same thing. Just kind of sick of seeing the same show. And again same with Trevor Noahs show. Side note: why with all these new shows are the hosts not even from the states?
You didn't. I brought it up in response to your comment about his focus on the right (a) they're on the right, (b) he spent a lot of his time focusing on them, and (c) they're usually the most butthurt about his commentary.
Stewart doesn't hate all conservative ideals, nor does he always bash them directly. What he did highlight on his show was hypocrisy and idiocy in government (and in general). I think the collective group of TV political jokers bash people (primarily politicians) on the right more than they do those on the left because, like I said, more people on the right seem to like the taste of their feet. It's not as if the left doesn't have it's fair share of fuckery - Stewart has called them out for it too tons of times - but it's usually not as blatant or ridiculous as what comes out of the politicians on the right.
As for the foreign hosts of new shows...it's just the two of them, right? And they both had experience with TDS...
