Over christmas break, one of my classmates checked into the hospital with pneumonia, and then was diagnosed with Leukemia. This morning, we were woken by dorm heads, and told that she passed away this monrnig around 5 am est...
my question is, what the fuck. She was a great person, almost no one had any beef with her... this blows.

Yeah, that is another thing that is so damn shocking. But, though i am not sure how Leukemia exactly affects your body, i do think it had to do with her having pneumonia.

its cancer of the blood so her immune system was definitely weakened, thats why an infection like that was able to kill her, that really sucks dude im sorry

Shit man. Two days ago a girl in our grade, her dad just died from an infection from a routine surgery. He was such a nice dude too. Soo young at that.
