S.J.WHahahah, I don't really care for this incident. But that site is fucking hilarious. ""Obamas recent nazi inspired speech would have made hitler proud" "gay marriage paves way for robots" I think you just found a site that makes Fox news look like a left wing socialist
THEDIRTYBUBBLELiberals sympathizing with those in the wrong again.
louie.miragsI can't believe the amount of support for this cop. It is as if dumb people think our schools should be ran like jails. The cop was a Resource Officer. There to advise, not discipline kids. Watch this 2 minute breakdown of the incident, you will not regret it:

THEDIRTYBUBBLEShe was told to leave. She did not comply. At that point, she is trespassing.

louie.miragsWe're talking about a school here. Should we start treating schools like jails? Should we start using violence against kids who don't comply?
jason...What the fuck is a cop doing handling a classroom problem? Teachers can't control their students anymore?
And it doesn't matter if the kid was being a disrespectful prick, no one in uniform should ever act that way towards a minor. Ever. Fired isn't enough, he should be charged with assault of a minor.
THEDIRTYBUBBLENo we should not treat school like jai, but we should teach our kids that the world isn't one big liberal arts campus.
THEDIRTYBUBBLEAll joking aside, if you think the cop was out of line then you are logically impaired
RusticlesWhat happened to the strap???????????
If that happened when I was in school the teacher would have drug you to the principles office and either been disciplined there or your parents were coming to get you and you did not want that.
louie.miragsDo you know what a Resource Officer is? Do you know what their responsibilities are? Do you know the laws? Do some research. Watch this two minute video highlighting why you are wrong.

THEDIRTYBUBBLEI made it 30 seconds in before shit started pouring out of my speakers.
The fact that hes a resource officer is irrelevant. In that situation, it is the school staff's responsibility to remove the girl from the area. She is trespassing. Simple as that. She was asked nicely, and she refused. Cops ask, then take action. I bet you were one of those guys that thought Brown was an innocent sweetheart.
BombogenesisDiscipline doesnt exist anymore... Not by parents or schools. It's not allowed to. Kids run the show, and they know it. I'm very good at managing my classroom but it is honestly a daily battle and the way these kids act is startling.
louie.miragsThe teacher or the cop is not responsible for removing the student. You are making up rules. Research what a Resource Officer is for. Again, it is a public school, not a jail.

S.J.WFuck it, I'll bite. So you've never once not done what a police has told you to do? And don't bother lying to me because I have not met one person in my 19 years of living that has obeyed every single order from a cop. Officers are allowed to use reasonable force. Emphasis on REASONABLE. Us "liberals" aren't siding with the black chick here. We're siding with the law to ensure that officers who break the law are also held accountable just as much as citizens who break the law are accountable. You do not get the special privilege to throw a girl to the ground just because she isn't listening to you. That is not reasonable force. And if you think that is reasonable force you are a fucking idiot.
RusticlesHave you had any issues similar to this? how did you handle it? If your not allowed to discipline them then how would you handle this? I think the officer pushed the limits of assault vs discipline, but force of some type would have been the only option. I honestly feel for my teacher friends who have to deal with kids and their parents these days.
THEDIRTYBUBBLEUh yeah I have complied with every order an officer of the law has given to me. I don't have many run ins with them, but when I do, I give them my utmost respect. As long as it's just, I'll comply and follow their orders. I have yet to find a cop who gave me an unjust order (which is very rare in our society). You know what else the law holds you accountable for? Trespassing. Which is exactly what this girl was doing. Again, cops ask, then take action. Seeing as that the girl was completely defiant to the cop's orders, he acted in accordance with the law. Our society needs to start treating cops with respect, and treating assholes like assholes. We shouldn't be giving them a hug and kiss every time.
S.J.WYou know else has trespassed, your favourite skier to get a shot in a movie. And when they don't leave everyone on this site is like "hahahaha, Stept is so cool" , I don't see you creating a thread to complain about the lack of force used when a crew refuses to leave a spot.
THEDIRTYBUBBLECompletely irrelevant. You just made yourself sound fucking stupid.
To the liberals: I'm sorry people like SJW epitomize you guys. I know you're not all that bad, and you mean well.
S.J.WHahahah, you're a fucking joke. So the law only applies to citizens and not police? Ever heard of the rule of law? Well if you haven't it basically means the law applies to everyone regardless of what position you hold. This includes officers. What you seem to be forgetting or ignoring is that officers are allowed to use reasonable force. That was not reasonable force. Yeah the girl in the video was being a prick, but that does not give the officer the right to use excessive force.

THEDIRTYBUBBLEI missed the part where he broke the law.

S.J.WHow are you not getting that an officer is allowed to use reasonable force. Anything beyond that is assault. The officer used over excessive force, therefore he assaulted the girl. Like how are you not getting this? Or do you not think the officer used excessive force. If so, explain why.
THEDIRTYBUBBLEThe officer's duty is to remove the girl from the premesis. Which he did. Excessive force would be if he were to taze/mace her.
