id go bigger for sure man. you will have more fun on them if you go bigger. i believe that the 179 size is a bit bigger then 179 (like 180ish), but at ur size and with all rocker and soft flex they will be great
go with the 179, im about the same height as you and skied the 179 last season. Because the'yre symetrical you'll want to mount them centre, they're rockered so they will ski short and they are also just really soft, all of these things are factors that will make you want to size up a little
if they did a 185 or something similar thats probably what i would have opted for.
To be honest i think there are better soft symetrical park skis out there. The bases on the k2s are by far the worst i've ever skied, they dry out super quick and are just generally incredibly slow. If you're only hitting rails it might not be an issue but if you're skiing the whole mountain there are better options imo
