Replying to All Mountain Twin Tips

I'm looking to buy an all-mountain twin tip ski that can charge and rip hard-pack but something that's still playful. Being an ex-racer I know how to carve through most conditions but I'm just getting into park (nothing extreme)... I'm 187cm and 90kg lean so I don't want something too soft but yet playful... also I'm looking for a tough, durable ski as I'll be doing a season instructing.

Basically what's better for me? Faction Candide 2.0 or J skis Allplay?
