Replying to Tips for carving on a flat cambered ski
Just picked up a pair of 2014 Faction 3.0s. I got them as a pow ski or any conditions that are too deep for my chronics. They are pretty heavily Rockered so I don't plan on being on hardpack much, but I'd like to be able to hold an edge when neccesary. I have only skied a flat ski on groomers once for one run and even though is was good corduroy I was never able to do much more than slide ways. I know it's hard to hold an edge without camber, but I've seen people ripping up the hardpack with flats. So what's the secret?
