What is a blender variation of a spin?

Was watching slvsh and sw 5 "blender" was called. Just looked like a regular switch 5 with arms flailing. What is this?

I remember hearing it was when your skiing switch and looking over your left shoulder, you spin to your right or something like that. basically do a 180 with your torso before leaving the ground
that could be and is probably wrong, heres an example of what I'm talking about at :28

As said, look over the opposite shoulder than you spin. It's kinda ridiculous and really was only done back in the day because people were pretty new to riding sw and couldn't do it both ways. It's a 'trick' now but not really one you need to learn haha

I believe max hill does one in his SLVSH game on a jump. They are actually a pretty cool subtile thing to do.

agreed but i kinda like its existence, there have been some cool ones done and it should lead to some more creative approaches to stuff, ya know? a crazy carve into a blender trick, maybe alley oop as well, idk, shit like that that messes with the way youre used to seeing things done is sick

Is that actually why he does it? I never actually thought about it but hes a professional comp skier sponsored by Red Bull and shit you would think he can ski switch properly

Crazy that he can do every trick in the book on any feature, but can't ski switch and look over the opposite shoulder.

Candide used to do it like this to.. all his fakie left spins he would go into the jump looking over his right shoulder and then rotate left
