Replying to Saga Fatigue Jacket Sizing(Anybody own one?)

I know it's going to run a bit tall, just trying to figure out if that means a nice fit thats a little tall, or a dress that's down to the knees.

I know how some of you skiers roll with your coats down to your boots.
