It might help to know if you are on mac or pc... i use this:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Dont install mackeeper whatever you do

idk if you're joking, or if that's a thing because I kinda swear it is. My old computer that I use for porn and downloading music used to run so horribly, and now it's fine and I haven't done anything like fix it
