CabbyArrantSo my girlfriend of a few months wants to learn to ski this winter but I really have no idea how to go about teaching her how to ski. I don't even know if its a good idea. I taught myself to ski in 2010 but I just figured it out. My question is how do you teach a person in a way that allows both of you to have fun. I do not really want to spend an entire day on a bunny hill.
DeepskierPicture of OP and his girl
gnar_whalOp she's a cutie
AlsoKnownAsThere are two ways this can go. bad, and ultra bad

frank9190Honestly, bring her straight up the hill and scare the shit out of her in, at least, a blue square trail. After that, she will never ask to come to the hill again
MinggWell thats fucking lame and pretty mean.
Rentals and lift passes are expensive as fuck and you'd want your girl to waste money on it just so you could scare her out of skiing after one run? If you don't want to ski with a girl just tell her, don't waste her time and money trying to scare her out of it...lol
Mr.PenguinDump her off at ski school.
