We do a secret santa every year with around 100 members. It's a do what you can sort of thing. Some people knit beanies, some people send $400 jackets. Most of the gifts are probably in the $30 to $40 range. You're matched up with someone in your country. You are given a bunch of information on them and then you send a gift. If you don't send a gift, you are IP banned from NS. Last year we had 100% success, but 1 gift was lost in transit so we collected donations and sent him a new gift.
