iFlipThere is nothing illegal about what he is doing. He's simply trying to make a buck off his friends/acquaintances. He pays $59 per case of 24, then sells them for however much. If he was my friend and tried to sell me this shit, I would no longer be his friend. It's a predatory practice for losers. The shit is not cheap, not good (most likely, had never heard of it until this post) and will be a fad that fades away and dies - if you can even call it a fad. A few losers pushing it on their friends hardly qualifies it.
Want to fuck with him? Tell him you were at a party and they had a bunch there and loved it. They all wanted more and you told them that at the next party he would bring enough to sell to everyone. Tell him like 30 people wanted a case each. Then watch him spend $2K on the shit with dreams of making bank. He'll soon realize how stupid he was, and you can laugh about it for years.
