Replying to Lethal Descent Shipping?

So I just ordered a lethal descent suit the other day and I know that they have been really out of it lately and I had looked up all of the threads concerning lethal descent. my question is, is it normal for them not to send an email after you have ordered a product from them or do they just send it and it will randomly appear one day. Its only been a few days since I have ordered it and no way expect it to get here any time within the next week and a half or two but I am a bit concerned that I have not received any email regarding the purchase or tracking number or anything.
