Replying to Boot Fitting Advice - Dalbello Il Moro (Tom I need your help)
So I have a pair of Dalbello Il Moro T boots which I bought about 2 years ago after getting fitted at a decent shop in the UK. I also got new custom footbeds sorted when I bought the boots as the ones in my old Salomon Impact 10 boots were 7 years old.
The Il Moro's are fine when I ski domes in the UK, in fact I had a bit of heel lift so got Jbars installed but when I get to resort and ride the mountains, they feel way too tight in the clog and I get hotspots on the top of my feet on the outer edge (mainly left foot). They've probably not packed out that much as I've not been riding anywhere near as much as I want due to blowing my knee twice but when I finally get back on my skis I don't want to be worrying about my knee and have my feet killing the joy.
Anyone got any useful advice? I'm looking to go back to the store to get the boots blown out a bit hopefully but just wondering if anyone here has any experience with stuff like this or any other recommendations of stuff to look at/try?
And now I wait for Tom Pietrowski to drop knowledge ...
