his Kardashian connection is what is making this story blow up the way it is tho. Like when Steve McNair got killed (3x pro bowl QB) got killed it wasn't all over E news and people magazine, only ESPN.

I disagree with that. I think every news company wanted to point out the fact he was found in a brothel. Him having connections with the kardashians definitely helps juice up the story but there's tons of other factors here.

I mean sure the brothel is easy to sensationalize but you can't deny that if Odem never married a Kardashian this story would not be half as big as it is now. Like go back to McNair. He was killed in a murder-suicide by his mistress, thats a crazy story too, but he wasn't married to a Kardashian so not as people knew who he was or were interested in his story. The Odem story is big because he is more than just an athlete. The same thing happened with OJ. More people knew who he was so the story was huge.

I agree with that. I think bottom line is he's famous on a lot of different level haha people know him from tons of different angles.
