Shin bang

ouch. How can i get rid of it and not get it anymore? i get it at the same spot, i think its my boots, i've never gotten it before this year

booster straps dawg. also, i got it really bad this year too, but just ski as much as possible and i think your legs build an immunity to it.

i have last year's 1080 boots and still get shin bang sometimes..the booster straps are key though

yea, your two ankle buckles should be pretty fuckin tight...the biggest reason people get shin bang is because the top of their boots are too loose and if you land anything but perfect, your shin slam into the top cuff of the boot
