My name is Tristan and ive been living in silverthorne/dillon for the past year but all my roommates sorta dipped out on me. The landlord filled one spot but there are two left, would really like to find someone. Nice house, 4 bedroom duplex, two up two down. two bath one up one down. Washer and dryer and the bedroom available downstairs has its own exterior door and own living room. Shared kitchen upstairs.

i get along with mostly everyone, but if you dont like guns, trucks, country music, rebel flags, beer, and partying we may not get along hahah. if youd be interested in moving in shoot me a text and we can set up a time for you to come check out the place if you'd like then ill give you the landlords information and you can be in touch with him. Im not sure if he'd be cool with only a 6 month or seasonal lease but you can find out, feel like it should be fine, hes a pretty cool guy. rent is $470 if theres 4 of us but $627 if theres only 3, which sucks so hopefully we can figure out 4.

You do have to be responsible and no smokin in the house, obvious good roommate stuff would be nice too, clean up after yourself and shit. Thanks!
