Im not sure if he'd be cool with only a 6 month or seasonal lease but you can find out, feel like it should be fine, hes a pretty cool guy. rent is $470 if theres 4 of us but $627 if theres only 3, which sucks so hopefully we can figure out 4.
You do have to be responsible and no smokin in the house, obvious good roommate stuff would be nice too, clean up after yourself and shit. Thanks!
