Park Ski Size Advice

Sorry for another one of these threads but I need some help deciding on a park ski size. Im looking at something like switchblades or Ar7s. I am 5'9 and about 130 pounds. I will be using these skis for mostly park a little mountain but not much. Im a pretty decent skier and I hit jumps and rails pretty evenly. Not hitting anything over 50 feet often. I rode 166 all year. Im thinking 171 or 176. What do you guys think would be better?

I'm about your size and I'm planning on skiing a 177 wall this season. So the 176 sounds perfect for you.

Id go 176. I'm 5'6-5'7 and I'm riding a 170 atm. Im light though at like 115lbs. If they are also rockered they will ski shorter. You should be fine on a 176, I'm coming off a 148 haha.

Longer the ski the more swag you have. Thats the truth. But seriously id go with the 176 I'm 6' and I'm skiing a 178 and it feels comfortable so a 176 should be perfect based on your height. Don't be afraid to go big.

Looks like most people are thinking 176. You guys don't think 176 in a camber ski would be too hard to manage coming from 166?

Nah. It will take some adjustment, but won't be an issue. Im coming off a 148 cambered ski to a 168/170 skis. I remember changing from women boots to mens because they fit my foot better, and they were much heavier. Took about a week to adjust (like 3-4 riding days). A 22cm is quite big, but I'm ready. If you think about it, its 5cm more in the front and 5cm in the back so really they won't be that much bigger. Its not gonna be 10cm in front and back. You should be ok. I guess the biggest difference will be hitting rails first couple days and weight.

not at all. I was skiing a 161 last year and the year before. you'll be fine.

176cm is best id say. the transition wont be too hard after a day or so especially if you get them center mounted. have fun out there
