I'm using 130s, but I should be using 125s... the 130s are the only pair I have left. They're race, poles, too.

^^^^^ to whoever wanted to buy shorter poles, you can just cut em. Pull handle off, cut pole, put handle back on. Or take em to a shop and they'll do it for free or real cheap.

i took my moms old poles...they were like pruple and seal color...so i painted them black and its all good...free poles

i dunno.. how long mine r.. :)
All i know is.. To long is crap in the park...
and to short.. well then u could simply leave them home, they r no use..

Go to a skistore or what evver and they will tell you 'what they think you should have'
I could explain what i think.. but would take to long time.

to be cool, as a rule of thumb, your poles should be roughly the length of your skis.
