Pretty simple question, Im interested in who you think has the best jobs in all of the ski industry.
It can be anyone from pros, filmers, media anything really. So if you could take one person in the industries job who would it be?

Yes, the pay isn't great. But if you're thrifty like I am, you can sneak by, and the perks are these: live where you want, ski every day you're home, travel the world with a bunch of friends on someone else's dime, and film some sick things going down in the coolest places on earth. That does not suck. The stress level is generally low, even though you have a job to do and sometimes it's hard to view it that way. I consider it a dream job. One drawback is you might never grow up (if you consider that a drawback).
Vinoabek.
I think he's pretty much behind every gopro video you see... He used to be a main contributor in here : https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/members/profile/member_id/10107 . (just look at his tutorials)
Now is IG is all over the place.

eheathSo the best job in the industry is determined by someones Instagram account?
Peter.it's certainly a way to judge it
eheathI strongly disagree, most people being mentioned in this thread are behind the scenes people who run large business etc. The only people being mentioned that might have a popular IG account is an athlete or an anomaly of gopro.
Peter.this is an opinion based question so how you judge it is your own opinion
there isn't some formula for best job. all i'm saying is that if they have a cool instagram, they are probably doing cool things, and probably have a cool job
eheathI guess i'm just mostly shocked that people equate a popular IG account with the best jobs in the ski industry, that's all.
Mr.BishopWell you're a terrible member?
wobbbieThe best job by far is pissing off eheath by saying just about anything, which is a really easy one too.

Earl_GlobzI have to say the most fun job in skiing I've had is working terrain parks. Especially at an SPT Resort, Like North Star, Aspen/Snowmass, and my home resort, 7 Springs. Working at a mountain with a big park scene is great. Big name crews and pros are always rolling in, doing crazy shoots, and the parks are better every year. I really gives you a drive to get to be a part of something like that. But above all, You get to ski, all day. You get to shred the parks that you put yourself into, before anyone even shows up, until after everyone leaves. And although its usually a minimal paying job, fuck it. The stresses of life are minimal when you stand them next to life's satisfactions.
Troy. While I don't get paid, I'm a fan of my gig. I just know people, and post shit on Instagram.
I'm not a good skier, I'm a tele skier for fucks sake. But, I can leverage the fact that some people follow me on instagram. This has gotten me an ambassador job at Outdoor Tech, and I just applied for one the other day with a binding company and I feel confident.
It allowed me to go to WSI last year and successfully pitch the flabongo.
Basically, my job is to drink and snapchat, and sometimes I get to travel places. Hopefully I can expand that into a career, but I'm enjoying it.
