Swandog7its fine. I had ''2014'' brakes on my 2015 squires. They rarely ever change the brake on a binding. It will fit

That said, it looks like the 2016 heel and baseplate is the same as the 2015, so the brake should work.
Swandog7Pretty much every binding works this way dude. I have fks as well and they work the same way as pretty much every binding does

Here's an analogy for you:
"Will the gearbox from a 2016 Civic fit in my 2015 Civic?"
"Yeah sure, I have a 1998 F150 and the 1997 gearbox fit in it just fine, they work the same as pretty much every car does"
If you don't know if to be fact, don't state it like it is fact based on something that has absolutely no relevance.
