specs for the new PE: 118/85/109 with 14mm sidecut


the new PE dosn't look like the last two (hand drawn) and it has like AK 47s and other random images on them

It is simple, red and white shapes. P-tex topsheet too.

new Fujas are brown because you can see the core. How awesome is that, there are graphics on the tip and tail and you can see through the base or something

they're going to use REAL casing from the LAPD

This is all overheard so it may not all be true but im sure most of it is... sry no pics yet

This is better than freeipods they dont spam you-help me out i swear it works- free ipod or other mp3 player and you only have to put 7 bucks into doing an offer.

very bad idea. P-tex is a polycarbonate, which means it is formed into its shape with heat. when it dries it becomes very durable(for a certain period of time.) After a while p-tex becomes very brittle and cracks very easily. That's why when you p-tex your bases you always have to do touch ups because thay always crack up or fall out of the hole.

Ptex topsheet isn't a bad idea, the K2 darkstar snowboard has a ptex topsheet and it holds up just as well as anything else

yeah they did mean p-tex topsheets, and for a lot of people, by the time the base in all cracked up most people are using those skis for rock/rail beaters anyhow.

Better idea for sure. All of he prototypes were stronger with no weight added. It is a very thin PTEX layering, giving added durability and a sick unique look. The skis with PTEX tops took the best beatings on the ski breaking machine before they would finally succumb. Oh, and the PE is still hand drawn man:)

ptex is very durable, thats why you use it to fix your bases. if you get the topsheet messed up from hitting a rail terribly wrong or someone running over your skis, then just fill it in with some ptex and you are good to go. burton has this on a snowboard of theirs, i think it was the clash, like 4 years ago.

i hink ptex top sheet is a good idea cause if u take a huge chunk out u could joust re ptex it... just an idea... and im sure its very durable or they woulnt do it

bullshit the new pe's are pink. the bases look like the fujative but gray and the k2 symbol on the tip and tail is pink.

because every cop in the LAPD saves spend casings just in case some ski manufacturer decides they want to use them. Sounds like a bright plan to me
