Outdoor Ed Major

I'm sure there are already threads on this but I was wondering what I can do with an outdoor education / ski business management major. I'm looking at this program at Sierra Nevada College which looks awesome and I'd just like to hear from people who have majored in something like this and see what they have done with their degree.
