So I've went to two different shops trying different model/brand boots on. At shop A, I tried on the Panterra 100 (102last) again in 26.5 and feels comfortable, but the guy measured my feet and said im not a wide feet and got me to try on the KR Core (98) 26.5, which feels more snug/comfortable than the panterra 100. And some other ones that has a lot of pressure point. Then i walked down the street to shop B, to try on some more boots, tried the Atomic waymaker 100 (101last), TOO comfortable. Tried the Salomon xpro 100, felt some pressure point between the ankle/forefoot. Also tried the Dalbello Rampage? (98last) 26.5 felt great, like the KR core.
So measured my foot again on something like the image below.
Measurements are
Left foot: 26.0 and 100width
Right foot: 25.5 and 102~103width
So do i need a 25.5 in a wider boot, or a 26.5 in narrower boot.
Any help appreciated...I dont even know if the boot fitters know their shit anymore..shop A says im dont have wide feet while B says I def have wide feet.
PS. I personally prefer a 3 piece over 2 piece shell. To a boot fitter, would that sound ignorant? Since "the boot that fits you best is the best boot".
